little tip. if you go in 'ninja' screen, 'train', 'upgrade star' and you click on the little 'i' over the ninja portrait it tells you where you can get it.

Yes, when you cleared the plot instance chapter 5 you can be rewarded with Kimimaro 30* fragments. ;P :P
