Yes, my screen shot had all the necessary information the support person claimed they couldn't make out the information in the screenshot.As you an see in this thread, my screenshots are comparable in quality to Kiriya's who had no problems. I re-uploaded a new re-sized screenshot to see if that was better yesterday but I'm still waiting to hear back if that is acceptable or not. Maybe the real difference is that I'm not a mega-whale?
