It should be further limited than just moving up the server number. For example, if your server has 2 groups in GNW, and your leading a group that's always losing, we could just move to another server above where we have better chances of winning while the other one group either has to move or have no GNW. There has to be more restrictions on this.

For one thing, you said all the tools increase RES stats. (Use the propered names too, it is not sage tools, it is treasured tools) From what I've heard, sword doesn't raise RES stat, but raise defense. Secondly, you said sword in theory can be better than rope and the fan & gourd are the worst. The sword doesn't even come close to the rope; sword raises attack and injury, but not critical, and critical is more important than injury & attack - in fact most damage comes from critical & injury in late game, which the rope has both. At least the fan has critical and ninjutsu is seen as one of the most used stat in mysteries. One example, edo deidara, I don't even need attack. Then you say gourd is also terrible because ATK > DEF in this game. This is true to a certain extent but the gourd is used with support ninjas, not carry or offensive ninjas. For example, if you are running Earth Main as a support, you would much rather have a boost to its defensive stats than its offensive stats. And one stat that only the Gourd has is control, which you didn't address at all. Control is amazing stat for a support ninja since it increases the chance of a control failed sign since usually your opponent will be trying to control your healers and debuff removers. Now let's move onto how less detailed it is. Your guide doesn't give even give the particular stats for each tool, and there is nothing on the essences that the treasured tools consume to increase the secondary stat level. One of the reasons that you say rope is best is because it gives 100 more power than the other tools, which I honestly doubt, and power is a terrible way to highlight which is best. As explained before, rope is best because it increases both critical and injury and how you say is that "higher crit rate leads the to the largest damage output." So why then is fan bad? "higher crit rate leads the to the largest damage output." Fan has crit too. Does this explain how your guide is both less detailed and inaccurate?
