trust me i've test it for like a thousands of times and gathered some of my friends to test too all results confirm that Defense and Resistance affects evasion rate . you can see it yourself in some fights, for example edo minato will dodge like crazy when his barrier is active, and his barrier increase Def Res

Evasion Rate that evades multiple types of actions (can evade mys, chase or standard) and can be triggered multiple times per round will be affected by Defense and Resistance stat. The higher the Def/Res stat of that ninja or the lower Def/Res stat of the opponent, the more chance that ninja will evade. To know very specifically and more above those evasion, check out my Debuff/Effect do(cu)ment, which is linked in a pinned thread in Strategy Section.

Both of Indra's Mysteries doesn't causes any starting combo at all, except for High Combo. It's just an excess animation.

Minato Hokage is an old ninja, therefore his programming does not count Irremovable Tag as ''Tag'', because when he was created, there isn't an ''Irremovable Tag'' to begin with. So Irremovable Tag will not activate field mystery of Minato. As for new ninjas in the future, they will count both debuff types in their programming. Hidan will count Irremovable Tag' and Tag as ''Tag'', Indra and Deidara Inception will count Irremovable Ignition and normal Ignition as ''Ignition''. Also additional knowledge, Ay 4th is an old ninja as well, so he doesn't count Irremovable Tag as ''Tag'', so he will not trigger his passive 1 when there's Irremovable Tag present.

if you are defeated and revived, scales wont reset as well (check the do(cu)ment, I've made changes) and yes you cant reset scale, the only way is disable it through Enfeeble or Ninjutsu Sealing, and prolong those Debuffs.
