Edo tobi tag sb doesnt work

We finally got edo tobi's remaining skill break, the one to allow his chase to cause tag that ignores immunity and lasts "until the end of next round".

Who knows why we had the rest of his breaks for about a full year before that one was added, but his final skill has finally been added and it doesnt even work.

On the surface it appears to work, the characters look like they are tagged, but they dont take more damage and if you target an immune ninja who has been tagged by tobi's chase with minato kage he doesnt hit the whole team, the game treats it like the target is not tagged and minato only hits the one unit.


i first noticed this in arena and have done some testing in my server against kushis/ edo release madaras/ edo minato etc and it wasnt a one off bug, it is a persistent problem, the characters appear tagged but the appearance is the only thing his chase does, the actual effects of tag are not applied

Hello, I asked in regards to the Minato Hokage issue. Minato Hokage only uses his secondary mystery when the targeted opponent suffers from tag, which is different from irremovable tag. Irremovable tag will not activate this mystery. Regarding the damage aspect of Edo Tensei Tobirama's irremovable tag, we are testing that right now, and I will update you if we find anything.

Edit: After testing, the damage aspect of irremovable tag is working correctly.

Sorry, but that makes no sense. Hidan akatsuki inception applies irremovable tag with his chase and his mystery which specifically says it targets units with "tag" counts irremovable tag as the same and is able to hit them. Either you have chosen to apply different rules to the likes of hidan and minato or I am correct and tobi is broken

Minato Hokage is an old ninja, therefore his programming does not count Irremovable Tag as ''Tag'', because when he was created, there isn't an ''Irremovable Tag'' to begin with.

So Irremovable Tag will not activate field mystery of Minato.

As for new ninjas in the future, they will count both debuff types in their programming. Hidan will count Irremovable Tag' and Tag as ''Tag'', Indra and Deidara Inception will count Irremovable Ignition and normal Ignition as ''Ignition''.

Also additional knowledge, Ay 4th is an old ninja as well, so he doesn't count Irremovable Tag as ''Tag'', so he will not trigger his passive 1 when there's Irremovable Tag present.

Agreed - I raised a ticket many blue moons ago asking about Tobirama's irremovable tag skill to be placed in EN version... and when he gets it, its this BS all over again.

or just... stop using Minato 4th with units who causes Irremovable Tag again... easy fix.
