Hi there, Id like to give you 2 suggestions to try. Firstly you should try to change your DNS Server, preferably to the Google settings of 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. If you are unsure of how to do this the following link will give you a run down on how to change it. https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using Otherwise I would also suggest using a VPN to try and connect to the server. Let me know how it goes!!

Hi there, Unfortunately a roll back is not an option and this falls under player error. Particularly with charms but with auto-upgrading ANYTHING you need to make sure EACH time that the checkbox for using coupons/ingots is not checked. As Tyler suggested you can contact the in game customer service about your case with all relevant screenshots but sadly they generally do not give out compensation for player errors. As for the charms rebate packs, they need to be collected from the rebate interface, they do not immediately go into your inventory.

As explained above you need to manually allow the flash player on Chrome. It can be found in the Lock symbol on the top left of the screen.

With issues like this, I suggest you flush your DNS since clearing the cache does not seem to help but I have been advised the issue affecting this server has been fixed.

About the clusters

Hi there, Unfortunately there is no clear setup to the cluster system as each region is slightly different with a variety of servers at all different ages. There is no way to predict which cluster you will fall in but Tyler is correct that you will always face players and spenders that are stronger no matter what cluster you are in or how new the server.

[Bugs] Fix kakuzu's critical rate

I understand everyone's frustration regarding Kakazu but there is not anything wrong with his crit rate. There are certain standards and chases that hit very hard compared to others, then when you take in buffs, passives and a VARIETY of other variables that are taken into account from all the power systems they seem to hit even harder. As this is not a discussion thread and I don't want it to get out of hand, I am going to close it. You are welcome to continue the debate in the Strategy Section =)
