You seem to have desynced from the fights. Clearing cache and flushing DNS should help: 1. Clear the game cache (cog icon in the top right > clear up system) 2. Flush the DNS cache (open ‘command prompt’ on the PC and type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter) 3. Reboot the PC (to be extra sure, reboot the modem / router too) All members need to do this for 3v3.

Any main, try to use a summon / chase that leads into Madara's chase or the important chases (ones that cause control / debuffs). Use the in game chase function guide under talents to help. As for main skills, play around and see what works for you. Generally healing and scaling is preferred in most cases.

Main won't change much - in the updates for the last few years, you will just adjust your main's talents to support your position one (in this case, Mei). Common supports for Mei are Ao (fully skillbroken) and Yagura [New Year]. Essentially hidden mist / Mizukage supports. However, Mei is more a secondary damage support with her defense shatter and scaling.
