just to make it clear, its an average of 60. AVERAGE. i myself have gotten rares with 3 x10 pulls. also with 9 x10 pulls (my worst so far).

surely you get refines from GNW packs and some others, right?.oh yeah sure LOL. buy low refines from Survival Trial Shop, and add that medium refines from the Group Shop too, oh sure. I mean it's not free cause i just used my hard-earned coins for it. wow, this system can't be exploited. i mean, it's obviously not really free right? ;P;Pand why not coins again? like seriously? does it have to be coupons? think of this from the their perspective. surely you'll understand (hope you do. other than "it's good for both f2p and p2w)it's because of the 1 ingot = 1 coupons ratio that implementing this kind of system is really impossible.
