Isn't there check-in issues as well? Which became our fault for not checking in, even though the check-in thing didn't work sometimes therefore no compensation or fix to the damage done. Also pretty sure that compensation wouldn't make the pay players happy, i mean it's barely anything compared to how much they spent.
