Multiple account is allowed but using it to benefit main account is not. Those caught will be punished and possibly banned based on severity. Please report any such instance to customer service with screenshot proof. We will go over the proof and firther investigate the issue!~Jib

I agree that sometimes there is the problem in lack of players which is why we try to add new changes and content to the game as well as implement server merges. I do know that a lot of time goes into each process, especially server merges to maintain balance in merged servers. I am unsure of the full details but using alternate account to benefit one person's main is still illegal. I hope that helps!!~Jib

Technically it would be but one of the biggest things we catch people on would be more serious things like multiple accounts for GNW, SWB, and group convoy. SWB should have less problems tho with cross server. But do report if you find people are taking advantage of multiple accounts.~Jib

Hi!From my knowledge it is okay to have multiple accounts, however, it is illegal and against terms and services to use the alternate accounts to benefit a main account. If you find this is the case, please do report this issue to customer serivce with screenshots. You c*so send the information to me and I will relay it but customer service is the best place.~JibEdit Note: If you have concerns with someone using 3rd party program, this must be reported to customer service!
