Hi!

From my knowledge it is okay to have multiple accounts, however, it is illegal and against terms and services to use the alternate accounts to benefit a main account. If you find this is the case, please do report this issue to customer serivce with screenshots. You c*so send the information to me and I will relay it but customer service is the best place.

Jiburiru so would using your alt to do TI with your main be considered illegal then?

Technically it would be but one of the biggest things we catch people on would be more serious things like multiple accounts for GNW, SWB, and group convoy. SWB should have less problems tho with cross server. But do report if you find people are taking advantage of multiple accounts.

So, basically, you should ban every player that made it to sage of six paths rank in ranked arena that isn't a whale and that doesn't play in a server older than 8 months since there are no ways to do it without alts if you don't pay 4-5000$.

Sure, arena back in 1.0 was a good example of abuse, but that has changed.
2.0 Group plunder prevented this by adding max 15 levels difference between convoy and plunderer. SWB / Matsuri / Areena has no real use of alt accounts as it is now.

Only thing you can really abuse *t with is to fill up empty fields in GNW, or spies in other groups.

self plunder still happen even with the 15 lv thing. Granted, a lot of them are being done with zombie accounts as opposed to self made alts but still, it happens. In fact, there are plenty of ppl who say it's a good thing since it's a victim-less crime (as opposed to actual plunder) and consider it a solution to the fact that servers are dying and Oasis are not merging them fast enough.

In other news, with X server, it is potentially possible for one to benefit one's main using *t on a different server using same account in arean and masuri(indeed, it is more difficult and unless the two are close somehow, might not be possible in arena), but I wonder if that would be against the rule because characters on different servers are expressively allowed...

See, but here's the thing, i would say 70% of the newer / older servers lack people even for GNW, sage not really, would you really consider enforcing the rule, if those servers depend on alt accounts to make a GNW happen or fox even, i dont care how long it takes, but merging is a solution to start enforce the rule.

I agree that sometimes there is the problem in lack of players which is why we try to add new changes and content to the game as well as implement server merges. I do know that a lot of time goes into each process, especially server merges to maintain balance in merged servers. I am unsure of the full details but using alternate account to benefit one person's main is still illegal. I hope that helps!!

There is nothing wrong with using alt accounts. the people in my server admit to using 5+ accounts and I know he has more then that or changed the names of them. and no matter how much I report they do nothing about it.

there is nothing wrong if he got 10 alt and make it on same group he have

its only illegal if he put it on others group and plunder his alt and on swb to give him points

or put on others group to spy

Multiple account is allowed but using it to benefit main account is not. Those caught will be punished and possibly banned based on severity. Please report any such instance to customer service with screenshot proof. We will go over the proof and firther investigate the issue!

Could we debate about specifics? Like, which is the okey, and which is bad way to benefit? where is the line, or it doesn't matter and everything is being thrown in the same bag?
Like, the event with the missions and mission boxes, where you send a friend missions that he must to accomplish to get bonus mission boxes and bonus points for opening them, is it considered just as illegal or bad if you just help your account to send missions just because A: there is no one left that can give you or are full because it requires reserved spots to get missions in order to send them, but they are full because someone else has sent them. And B: You don't have anyone else who could even if asking around?

How is it at the end? Are there any exceptions, or everything is the same?

Sorry but I have to disagree with you here. I'm on a 4 months old server that openned back in 4th December 2017 and I've reached 6 paths twice in ranked arena after 60 days limit ran out. First time I did it was with budget team MB, Sasuke, Itachi, Iruka. Second time I went from anbu to 6 paths in 20 mins with my hard earned Shisui. So yes I don't see any problem reaching 6 paths without alt characters on a so called new server. And I'm not a lucky player who get shisui in rng events or a whale who can affort to pay 4-5k in a game, I only paid for monthly. If I can do it, everyone can, they just need to do a little research and know what they're doing.
