It is possible but honestly unlikely. The jackpot is random so you could get it in 100 spins or never in thousands. Current most dominant meta unit is Obito Uchiha [Rage Mode] skillbreak for average player looking to spend coupons only. Spenders have other options.

Kurenai [Summer]: solid control that goes through immunity, chaos upon hit (useful against the likes of Obito Rage Mode who don't have innate immunity) Asuma [Summer]: a chakra generator and mock position 1 (scales himself upon chakra consumption) but lacks other notable position 1 qualities like self heal and repeatable mystery Seasonal Ninja Optional Pack II Genma Shiranui: one of the most affordable infinite illusion supports and essentially used by anyone not running Asura but requires 3 star for his chase passive Hayate Gekko: a generalized sword unit support Uzuki Yuugao: a mock position one that was freely obtained from season but not comparable to the rest in the pack in terms of position 1 Rin Nohara: support that primarily helps Konoha against mystery heavy teams with 3 star passive Shira: an outdated position 1 that lacks immunity and controllable damage but can do high damage but randomly Seasonal Ninja Optional Pack III Hiashi Hyuga: almost entirely collection at this point but has some neat buffs for specifically Hyuga units Chiriku: position 1 or tanky secondary damager with immunity debuffs and mystery reduction Guren: another collection unit but with even less viability than Hiashi Ebisu: mostly a combo increaser with low damage input Kitsuchi [Great Ninja War]: neat for his ability to reduce Hidden Stone units mystery cooldown with his star upgraded kit Seasonal Ninja Optional Pack IV Lee [Drunken Fist]: another okay position 1 if there are few option but like a lot of season ninjas, lacks that viability in meta Izumo Kamizuki: an okay support for crit damage in infinite illusion trial 1 that got moved out of support role by better units Mizuki [Curse Mark]: collection unit that can do okay damage in arena due to HP loss scaling but since he can't be revived, falls flat Kidomaru [Edo Tensei]: stall support in terms of revive and dodge Jirobo [Edo Tensei]: Hidden Sound support with neat debuff upon mystery Seasonal Ninja Optional Pack IV Teuchi: solid support to avoid mysteries round 1 (if you win barrier fight) and can revive but mostly used for his barrier and death skill deactivation Jiraiya [Frog Squad]: mostly collection but can assist in a meme Pain team Tayuya [Edo Tensei]: meant to be a position 1 but again, like most season ninja, the meager scaling and position 1 aspects are far overshadowed Ay [Third Raikage]: used to remove units from the field but very RNG and not a consistent tactic Mu [Second Tsuchikage]: can be used to stall to round 2 or for blitz teams if you have no other better mystery damager Now what would I pick? 1. Genma (for infinite illusion, if you don't have him 3 star) 2. Kurenai / Teuchi / Rin (for PVP) 3. Hayate / Kitsuchi (for niche PVP / PVE usage) 4. Ay / Mu (if a newer player lacking some more "intense" ninjas) 5. The Edo Hidden Sound units (for fun teams)

Freezing
"
Level freezing isn't worth it. 1. You get power from awakening, leveling up, and cultivating ninjas. By level freezing, you lose out on power long run. 2. You don't have access to parts of the game by level freezing, such as team slots, power interfaces, etc., depending where you "freeze". 3. Common argument is it helps with Sage World Battlefields, but it doesn't. Sage is populated on more factors than simply level, so you don't avoid "higher power" players by level freezing. 4. Another argument is that you can avoid the 15 level gap for plunder, but that great a level gap will lead to loss in point 1 and 2.
