Since I've been banned from the discord link that was provided, I figured I would come here and post this for everyone to see. Oasis Games is lacking in customer support department. They need a new system in place. It has been over 9 days since my girlfriend got locked out of her account, and they still haven't unlocked her account for her. I got banned from the discord because I am tired of the poor customer service provided by this company, and I will continue to make this known until this issue is resolved. When are you people going to do your job and unlock her account? Why can't you respond to customer service tickets more than once per day in this type of situation? Who trained you?
