why they move killer bee bt to 4 stars

Let's hear out story about Bob. Oh hey, iam Bob! New f2p player who recently got 3 star bee in the same day the bug happened which made him aviable to skillbreak at 3 stars. Because iam new player i dont know which ninjas should have or shouldn't 3 / 4 star breaks, so iam gonna spend my 6000 saved cupons over past few weeks to buy potions and experimentals, yeey iam happy he looks op now with almost full gold. But wait! Next day i came back and everything was wiped out, all skillbreaks gone, my cupons aren't back, so what happened? Guess i wrote to Support. Dear Player, you abused bug that was happening for 3 days and we got all evidence against you, you wont get anything back because you obviously skillbreaked Killerbee when you weren't suppose to. Best regards, RenjiAsukaThe point of the story is, how you gonna tell who did it purposely and who doesnt? Who you gonna punish? OAS Can't just punish people for their own mistakes, that wouldn't make any sense, since anyone would be able to do that, only restriction was if you have KillerBee or No.

[Lineup] Need a team for bt zetsu and max bt kakuzu with main main

Well well, this team iam using in Space-Time + Normal fights and its Kushina/Minato killer, ill throw u some pics of the team. My power is 540k As you can see, the key thing for me is to have Zetsu first (with bad equip) and Kakuzu on 2nd pos with top equipment. For main, dont bother using Wind/Light, best i found is Earth and then Water (mostly earth) i used those talents for any team: And my Zetsu : 3rd pos ninja is hardest to pick because you cant use Akatsuki (kakuzu would sometimes heal them instead zetsu) my suggestions for 3rd ninjas are :Hashirama (any with ST) , Naruto *y jutsu , Ibiki , Gaara kazekage , Temari Swimsuit (ST), Madara Edo, Minato Edo, Asuma windblade

If its "Fixed" chance then it should be 100% and about the High chance etc.. i dont think anyone have exact info about that, unless someone tested each thing 100x on kakashi puppets and made some stats from it.

I haven't found him in files (maybe different build of game) its hard to find exact ninjas without direct acess to the files like Proxy have :P But as far as i know there are only "clues" that tells us he will be Seasson ninja but it doesnt necessary mean he is already in-game, they could simply add him last week before seasson ends.
