1＃ Go ToSo as of late i have had a lot of Players asking me about the Terms for chances such as Fixed and chance and High chance to Land attacks or evade ...so i know everyone has said there is No set percentage but i remember somewhere being a Guesstimate list SO is 45 percent chance still a viable percent for high chance or is that more a chance ...and is fixed lower than chance in the tier ?? any help would be appreciated as its been Years since i have had anyone ask me this info

So if i remember correct ...Fixed chance was calculated at 30 percent chance of happening in a battle But need a confirm if this is viable info or not
If its "Fixed" chance then it should be 100% and about the High chance etc.. i dont think anyone have exact info about that, unless someone tested each thing 100x on kakashi puppets and made some stats from it.

Nope, they are all random and very inconsistent and they have like 10 differents terms for it as well, wish they would just post % instead of this vague language. Oasis changed them few times as well, like Kurama Naruto got nerfed when Six Path came out, he was comboing like 90% of time vs even higher power people, now he fails to combo vs clones sometime.
