F2P and P2P players level at the same rate, the extra exp from sweeps for medal players is nothing relevant that makes any notable gap. Just do your dailys, bountys, missions and events, you'll be fine.

I don't see why not. F2P players aren't harmed by this and P2P players would probably be inclined to dip in their wallets a bit more. The thing is however is if this is even necessary. I feel that Jounin grants everything needed as is.
