1＃ Go ToHi guys, in my sever theres alot of players who is at the same level as me, but they shoot up soooo fast, some of them cash, but i would like to know if there is anyway to level up fast, as in very very VERY fast without the use of money. All suggestions will be very helpful

Leveling and Powering Up are different. Leveling is nearly identical between Medal and non medal users. You don't get 200% XP from quests with Medal. You only get an extra 1500 from sweeps. FIFTEEN HUNDRED. When your levels require 5 MILLION or more, 1500 is nothing.
Only do S and A bounties. Always do Nine Tails. Do everything until your daily missions are empty. Congratulations, you're now leveling at the same rate as every single other player in the game. Woohoo! Aka what Skarn said. -

- F2P and P2P players level at the same rate, the extra exp from sweeps for medal players is nothing relevant that makes any notable gap. Just do your dailys, bountys, missions and events, you'll be fine.
except in kyubi.. p2w players get a lot more exp than f2p players. -

I am f2p and always ranking 3rd-5th.... there are only 4 p2w ranking higher than me, it all depends on team composition :p Power is also important, but I kinda manage to stay in my 5th spot while being lower in power rankings -

no they don't, they can buy more, almost no one does.
The biggest difference between ptw and f2p is fox, ptw can get any formation that f2p does, so any GOOD ptw will do at least 30-50% extra with medal and possibly kage boost. But the thing is, top fox teams are NOT f2p, teams that include hashirama, tobirama, iruka etc will do much more damage.
Now, the ranking for top f2p differ from server to server, but generally, most top f2p gets around the same amount of damage at same level, whereas depending on investment, ptw can do 1.5 to 3 times that much.
The thing that makes the difference between f2p is also fox. A dedicated team, with level, awaken, cultivate, mood all set up is key to reaping the max rewards. Top ftp in my server, for example, can do over 300k per minute w/o using coupon at around 36k power. There are quite a lot of people with similar power that does much less. While power isn't everything, fact is that doing stuff "right" is important.
On a side note, top ptw in my server did 2x that much today, and our server doesn't even have any super ptw, he's not even 40k power, thou close, yet. Ninja pool matters. -

I don't think that is the case. They have higher limit of chakra, so they can just keep it for a whole day without their bar overloading, but as far as I know, chakra recovery time is not affected by medals. I log in in the morning, after first 100 stamina recovery to use it up, and later, after school/work, to get all the events alongside 2nd 100 stamina done and used.
P2W have more stamina if they buy it, although not many really do that from what I see. -
