I may not be able to offer a good team for wind but I can offer you a lightning main team. The team would consist of main, mabui, tenten(GNW), and sasuke. First turn you would be able to use tenten's mystery so you can do heavy damage already. Mabui gives the 40 extra chakra and also gives a shield for lightning units so it would help 3 out of 4 of your units. Sasuke can be replaced by Darui but it will still work fine with sasuke. Overall this team is a classic so I recommend that you try it out.

two suggestions that I have is that you should change Kankuro with Baki, and Hinata with Temari(only if you have the five kage). This is better because their passive skills help all wind attributes so your whole team would get buffed. Also, Baki can do lots of damage so it is good.

Make a team with main, Mifune, Tobi and Sasuke. The buffs can be high but I don't know if the combo will be good. If you don't have tobi here is another team. (Kimimar, main, Sasuke and Mifune). A good team might be by having your main, Temari(try to make it 3 star), Baki, and another wind. Having Gaara is good if you get it, but it is fine without him. I don't know about the combo, but stats go up because of the abilities.Kaminari on server S171 KirinLv.72
