your post aside (it's confusing), the answer is yes, free draws count to getting a designated. I've received designated from treasures i've never drawn in, it just takes about 4 months for most treasures. (120 days = 60 free draws). I imagine if you play long enough (800 days, or 26 months) you might even get a super rare from tendo from free draws.

Well either way, I would build seals and only draw during a seal rebate. There's no point into drawing 16 into kage when again, you have plenty of options with Mei Danzo and KK Gaara. By that time you'll have a better feel for the usefulness of the Jin super rares. but as i understand it, the jin rares are not good. It's basically go for the super rare or dont draw.

my vote would be to go for jin - the only ninja you would want from the kage treasure is killer bee and he's kind of cheap to get during events.

Correct. I received it on 1/6/17 I believe. I didn't think it would get deleted for a few more days based on the message at the bottom of the mailbox (rewards stay for 15 days).

I think among everything, this is definitely a problem. Sage is ONLY about getting top 3, the camp rewards and participation rewards are almost meaningless except for low powered players. Having 9 people get decent rewards out of 75 is a bad event.Yet, I think this is how sage continues to work in Germany and China and i'm not optimistic about this changing. My merged server is on life support right now so while cross-server sage came a bit earlier than I would have liked, it seemed to be inevitable. But the current iteration needs leaves a lot to be desired.
