These are untested lineups, results may vary, i will go with wind. (Mabui is common ninja from kage), you can tweak them as per your need. Hope it helps you.

The best lineup you can run right now, if you want to keep azure fang, is mei - sage naruto - shizune with 323x2 talents and monkey king summon. If using neurotoxin, water enhancement or healing tips is up to your preference. Personally speaking i would run neurotoxin and make sure that if eventually shizune is unable to move that mei takes her place in the chase (so that actually mei isn't part of the standard best chase, that means if she actually procs knockdown with her standard attack you are able to immobilize a 2nd target after you chaosed and poisoned your first one if the main chase is not broken). Otherwise you c*e the 1st chase (low float to repulse) and to use clone instead of poison tai and to not use neurotoxin, but seems less effective, even if in this case you are able to start a combo in round 1 thanks to sage naruto.
EDIT: i just noticed you have also, giant katsuyu. If is the low float to knockdown summon (i am not at the pc now so I'm not sure) then you c*e it and just follow the first comment swapping mei and water main in the chase. You could even think to use 3rd standard attack instead of healing jutsu, so that you can make proc neurotoxin both with mei and azure fang. But in this case you need poison tai to be sure that the eventual first reflected debuff is an unoffensive poison.

Im active player. I posted this along time ago, i got few more ninjas and few of others i manage to uprage. :)

still, how'd you get most of them 5 star

Some of fragments i got in survival, some in chase, some in elit instance (bc of that one week when u have to do it) and in mision board too

ao sage naruto mei is a good team. use gamaken summon with poison.

kisame ,sage,mei,water is another one. kisame first position. works good against tenten teams if u got decent initiative.
