If you use 10 seals scroll at once, you are guaranteed to get get 3 star ninja, not rare ninja. Also, if you get ninja fragments, it also counts as 3 star ninja.

The same thing with me yesterday but I did not use 10x at once. Every time I used it in singles I would get a 3* at 10 but this time I never got one at 10. Did you guys change it so singles no longer gives you a ninja at 10?

I can assure you that drawing singles there is NO guarantee on getting a 3* in ten draws, nor has there ever been one.

The guarantee is only for drawing ten at once.

Was drawing 4 * 10 in a row. at the very last one, no 3* fragments at all.Pretty sure I didn't miss out anything cause I was literally staring at it waiting for Chiyo Ten puppets after more than 200+ seals on Sealed Treasure. Kinda went raging cause I calculated that to be the draw that is supposed to grant a Rare(60-70 seals 1 rare theory.)

Thus the reason why I'm asking for logs or to verify the logs, however the ticket was just closed after support staff tells me to wait for 1 week for a response @.@"

Also, I've done like 60 * 10 draws. always tracking the Zabuza,Kakashi, Asuma,Guy(Tendo Treasure) rolls. But i'm saying during that 10 roll I really did not get any typical 3*(Shizune,Karin,Baki)*sealed Treasure* ..

I've always done single draws so far except for once. I've always gotten a 3* or equivalent fragments on the 10th draw.

To add on, I don't seem to be the only one facing this issue. I believe there were 2 other threads facing same problem on exactly 1st October. Just thinking if there's any possibility something was going on that day that this could have happened?

P.S if possible please do message me my entire Seal scroll pulls if you have the logs for that day itself.

Tendo pain. Really? So I suspect you've done a good 400 or more draws from the tendo draw?

I've endured great pains to draw so much. So trust me. I literally stare at the 3* ninja every pull. But just THAT particular pull really didn't yield any 3* and I was in a state of too much shock to take a screenshot :(

Total pulls so far should be around 700-800 seals I think.

Well, we can check what did you get from each draw but let me tell you. Usually players are trying to act like they didn't get anything but the truth is either they are lying or they just forgot what did they get. System will tell us the truth anyway.
I also need your UID if you want us to check this problem.

I think I found out what was wrong with me... Do free draws not count for the 10x?
