The same thing with me yesterday but I did not use 10x at once. Every time I used it in singles I would get a 3* at 10 but this time I never got one at 10. Did you guys change it so singles no longer gives you a ninja at 10?

  • I can assure you that drawing singles there is NO guarantee on getting a 3* in ten draws, nor has there ever been one.

    The guarantee is only for drawing ten at once.
That's weird I have gotten one every single time so far doing that.
