Are you referring to the translucent black bar over the azure fang portrait at the bottom left of the talent pane? Is that what you mean by crossed out?
This bar is a name bar and it is superimposed over the portrait. It should be present in all outfits (I tested a few that I have and it's present). I can make a suggestion that the bar be moved, if you'd like, but I can't guarantee that something like this would get traction with the devs. Is that what you're asking for here?

I think that the issue here is that her portrait is misplaced. When in battle and the combo list shows up as it's running, we can't see Azure Fang's face at all.

So maybe the issue is with the portrait and not the translucent bar.

I would assume it's in reference to the hardworking hero cloths image needing to be adjusted, it affects in space time as well as virtually everywhere the profile image appears. Honestly this "bug" is minor and has been known about for about a year, that you've only recently noticed speaks to how minor it is.
