I just recharged some money into the account and Paypal already sent me the deduction notice, but i don't see the ingot in my account

Hello, sometimes it can take a few hours for the ingots to be placed into your account. If you still have not received the ingots, please contact CS and provide them with your proof of purchase.

My account has been frozen because of this. I still haven't gotten my Ingots but Oasis did send me the prizes I missed out on because of it. Then sent a message to me saying "The Ingots were sent to my account and to check my in game total Ingots" They never showed up. I messaged Oasis Support again and they said "it was under further investigation" also told me to contact PayPal about the purchase .... and I did. Then tried to sign on to my Naruto online account and got a message about being "Abnormal"?

My question is .... If PayPal is trying to do a Refund.... and Oasis says they cant find the purchase..... How can they Ban me for a Refunded Purchase they say they DON'T HAVE?
