My account has been frozen because of this. I still haven't gotten my Ingots but Oasis did send me the prizes I missed out on because of it. Then sent a message to me saying "The Ingots were sent to my account and to check my in game total Ingots" They never showed up. I messaged Oasis Support again and they said "it was under further investigation" also told me to contact PayPal about the purchase .... and I did. Then tried to sign on to my Naruto online account and got a message about being "Abnormal"?

My question is .... If PayPal is trying to do a Refund.... and Oasis says they cant find the purchase..... How can they Ban me for a Refunded Purchase they say they DON'T HAVE?
