I would like to commence this off by stating the game is enjoyable, entertaining, and interactive. I've been playing for years now (old-servers), though I only began recharging as of late.
The server S1473: Locked Explosion (HK), my user is Kageyama. Approximately three or so days ago I spent 39.98 (US), conversion 60.42 (AUD). When I recharged previously, every time the ingots were instantly and directly transported into my game/server. This time, however, I was displeased to see that the 2k ingots I had bought were not added despite it saying the transaction was a success. So I waited a few days, thinking that eventually they would get added, they did not. Instead, I issued a refund/chargeback and today I have been told I'm incapable of playing on this server. Stating that I'm currently blocked/banned from access.
I've already issued a report, though because I've heard how little these situations are due for success I decided to take it to the forum. I'm in no way stating that this game is bad, and I'm aware it's somewhat my fault for purchasing ingots. Though overall I'd rather this become resolved where I'm capable of playing on this server again, able to purchase the initial amount of Ingots I desired originally and I just want it all to go back to normal.

if you have the order number of the purchase they will resolve it for you and get your 2k ingots back. I don't like about you be banned when you did a mistake as everyone makes mistakes now a days gives less people play the game if they refund whatever amount of money to use. When ask a refund they might want you to pay that exact price back to them so you can play the game again. As I said in the beginning of the sentence if you have the transaction number or order number by PayPal or any other should screenshot to customer support they will resolve it for you and give your 2k ingots.

Thank you, I've made sure to show both of the purchased transaction ID's/Order Number, hopefully, this will resolve it soon. Just have to wait for a mod.

The only mistake you made was doing a chargeback before contacting CS to fix the issue for you. You should have contacted CS first with the screenshots. Charging back automatically locks your account until you pay back the amount that you charged back. If you provided your info with timestamps you should hopefully be ok. They will probably have you recharge, to unlock the account then they will send the missing ingots in the mail. That's usually what happens at least.
Next time if you don't get your ingots within 24 hours from recharging. Contact CS right away. Sometimes the system can take a few hours to process it, not sure why. But most of the time it will go through eventually. There are some times where it doesn't though, like in your case.
As two people said the mod will say the exact same thing to you to do a CS (Customer Support) ticket about your ingot recharge issue and will resolve it for you best bet is make a CS ticket to them unless you did already by waiting for 24hrs of response they will give your ingots back but you might have to pay the same price to them that you refunded.

For this kind of situation like not getting your ingots after you recharge, please report it to Customer Support via Ticket Submission first before doing any other step or contact one of the Moderators here in the forum, especially our staff from Bugs and Support Section. Try to contact Customer Support now to fix your problem. I hope you get your problem resolved and thank you for your support for the game.
