ription of the problem you are experiencing : I can’t enter the game in Asia/HK only. When downloading the same thing, the screen saver and no continuation. Same situation in browser and mini client. Clear cache and use VPN still can't enter the game. But I can enter the game in U.S Screenshot of the error page :

I had similar problem...I had to uninstall mini client and cleanup all the files associated with Naruto Online. I was able to get in to HK server from LA ba
sed VPN but not from my own connection tho. But first try flushing your dns and updating flash tho. Maybe try with some other VPN too.Then maybe try changing the country of your VPN...if you don't mind stating the name of the vpn and is the ip static or dynamic for it. Also if you could post a screenshot of loading at 13% that could help...normally it shows which file failed to load up like...ninja_var.swf failed loading.GL
