We have noticed this issue right after we finished the maintenance. We took servers down again for emergency maintenance and fixed this issue. This situation is different from the one with Sakura/Sasuke pack because we were able to take actions right away (as you've mentioned, it was early morning for these servers/players) and not that many players (if any) were able to abuse this issue.

With that being said, at the moment we do not plan to send any compensation, nor return the packs back to the redeemable shop. While I do not know the exact number of players atm, we will check it. We apologize for this situation.

I see. sounds exactly the same as the sasuke/sakura thing, but this time oasis wont even put on a facade and pretend to give a crap. Not surprising in the least, but good to know how it will play out I suppose, so thanks for clarifying the "screw you playerbase" outcome

from what i have heard a good amount of players were able to redeem the Sanin packs before the server went back down. But now we are just waiting to find out if enough players were able to redeem them that they compensate those who could not be on that early. only time will tell.

one thing I can assure you of is that this wasn't a number equal to 0 as the army of people gloating by sending screenshots of the sanin packs they got (such as in discord), and all the players transformed into young Tsunade to show off that they got it. At least 10 people in my group got em, alone

We got a * compensation back then. A few seal scrolls, mount myoboku and stuff. Compensation is completely useless since even those who benefit from the bug will be compensated and it's not worth a dime if everyone get it. Well, Oasis can't comprehend that since they are masters at copy/pasting theirs mistakes. I'm not even angered or anything after all, I expect no less from Oasis.

poor compensation is better than no compensation. With how things have been recently, I think this is more of a principle thing, where the idea is a show of good faith. However, with Daiske curtailing that idea, at least for the moment, I suppose this is just further vindication for all the people in the process of receiving recharge refunds from paypal and their banks.

Let's review this issue: you guys make an AMATEUR level mistake (again) some people are able to "ABUSE" this mistake and "we were able to take actions right away". i am just asking what actions? The only thing that was done was to correct the amount of fragments from that pack and the second... oh... wait, there was not a second. And now you don't want to assume your mistake and do one of this things: the mature way but not fair for everyone: recognize the mistake in an official way and compensate the rest of the players (but you wont do this ever) and the fair for everyone way: if there aren't that many players that "ABUSED" this mistake as you say i am pretty sure that you can check who did it remove their 80 frags from that respective ninja and give them back the amount of coupons/ingots that they spent to get them. But from what i saw in the past you guys don't really care about that issue because it doesn't affect your money source, i mean for a P2W its more than * what was in this pack but lets use our imagination and lets say that in this pack was another combination of ninjas. Ronnin Naruto an 90k ingots ninja an Madara 10 tails an 150K ingots ninja and Obito 10 tail an 130k ingots ninja (yes this wont ever happen but that i already said that we use our imagination ) and some lucky fellows would take them from 350 points in goldfish event each, what then? Would you treat the issue in the same way? It would be an "ABUSE" to or it would be robbery or even an Avengers level threat? I don't know what it would be but i am sure that it would be something really serious for you. In conclusion i am very disappointed in how you treat those problems and if i offended you in a way i apologize for that but on the other hand i am sure that i spent 10 minute to write this and i have just lose my time. Oh, and one last thing it is the same thing that was in Sakura/Sasuke thing, the fact that you were able to quick resolve it doesn't change it.

I am gonna be totally honest, I am one of those who "abused" the bug to get 2 packs by spending 220 seal scrolls. That aside, do you really think spending 220 seal scrolls to get 2 frags of a useless ninjas is a good deal? honestly this just shows how horrible this event is, you keep putting outdated ninjas in this fishing event with a ridiculously high price. Maybe its time you guys think about "the bug" we having since this event was introduced and hasn't been fixed which is the pricing.

In this current meta, those ninja packs are next to useless Just give us players 1 sanin youth pack with 80* fragments as a compensation and move on.

That would be the sensible thing to do. Just a simple "Hey we messed up here is 1 Sannin Youth pack (80 fragments). We apologize and hope you still keep enjoying the game.". Myself and many other people wouldn't be as angry if this is how Oasis handled it.

that's a weird stance to take, its a game that revolves around collecting characters, the company being unable to do even the most basic of things right which results in some getting characters and the companies response is to expect the rest of us to pay, literally, for their latest mess up, is just poor pr if nothing else.

I agree the characters are nothing special, but still more characters for a collection and to have fun with in arena. Also for this exact same reason, that they aren't characters that many, if any, people are willing to spend for, no harm to oasis' bottom line or public relations to give some degree of compensation.

I wouldn't mind a new character for the sake of fun in arena but I understand why Oasis can't give it to us. Some people probably bought one of the tannin in the event and if we get it for free it will be a you for those who paid.
