As far as i know, just like what Dresq said above .. Page 3 of Group Shop where the Advance Refine is placed is intended to be random and not permanent .. There will be times that the said page is available for some players while it is not available for others ..

Strange, because it was there every day with every refresh since implementation. Now it's suddenly random after an update?

God I hope not. But I guess I've been lucky so far cause I've seen it everytime so far. Even today. I wonder if being the winning group for Rogue Outbreak has anything to do with that.

I have a friend who plays on same server as me, he's had them show up every time except twice. Meanwhile I only see them about half the time. Welcome to randomness

Hi! It has not disappeared. As Dresq and Qv said, it is random chance for it to appear in Group Shop. This has not changed due to update. There had been people last week who believed Advanced Refinement Rune was not added into Group Shop at all, but it has been answered that it is based on random chance. Hope that helps!
