  • As far as i know, just like what Dresq said above .. Page 3 of Group Shop where the Advance Refine is placed is intended to be random and not permanent .. There will be times that the said page is available for some players while it is not available for others ..

Strange, because it was there every day with every refresh since implementation. Now it's suddenly random after an update?
