1＃ Go ToIn the game it shows that we can get Obito [Shonen] fragments in the Ninja Collection, but it's not there!
Is there any reason for this?
And another question, how do new servers do to get Kakashi [Shonen]? I really want Minato's skill, but I can't without those two ninjas who can not currently get into the game (Obito maybe with some luck in black market).
So please, u guys have any plan to fix it? Minato come in many events, but without Obito and Kakashi he is useless...

Obito will be in some new collection, that prolly will be added in future. That's my guess.
Kakashi [shonen] was already few times available as drop in Great Plates event for example- so I would bet that he might show up in some events again.
Keep on suggesting to add him using for example the survey for events like this one https://forum-narutoen.oasgames.com/page/show-post-38547-1.html to share your needs- or via local GL if you have one and know who is it. There's always a chance that they will listen, I think~~
