In the game it shows that we can get Obito [Shonen] fragments in the Ninja Collection, but it's not there!

Is there any reason for this?

And another question, how do new servers do to get Kakashi [Shonen]? I really want Minato's skill, but I can't without those two ninjas who can not currently get into the game (Obito maybe with some luck in black market).

So please, u guys have any plan to fix it? Minato come in many events, but without Obito and Kakashi he is useless...
