New Server 7 days power ranking event

So yesterday 4th september was the last day of 7 days power ranking event.
As you can see in this picture form my client it clearly said 22:59:59 9/4/15 so it's basically 23:00 right?
I live in UTC +7 time zone mean it's 1 hour a head of server time so it should be 21:59:59 or 22:00 for me right?After I checked and make sure I were still in top 10 (rank 9) after 22:00 I feel relief and stop increase my power.
But today when I asked my group members they said they already got the reward and I'm somehow rank 11. Why my time display incorrectly? If I know there was 1 more hour I'd have increase my power to stay in the top 10.
And if the deadline was automatic adjust to fix my time zone then why no notice or at least a reminder in game?
I feel this is kind of unfair.
