[ Help ] Neji's 8 Trigrams Palm Rotation. How does it work?

How do I make it stronger, or is it just a fixed 20% from all the attacks Neji gets? It is a Taijutsu skill, so I am not sure if it is connected with Neji's attack, defense, or resistance? Can someone help me out, so that I know what types of magatamas to buy for Neji. I want to make this skill work more often. :D Reply

I don't think it's attack - at least, that really wouldn't make sense... Hey, if you check "Mood" it says that defense and resistance are Neji's main attributes, so it's probably one of them. Sorry I couldn't help more~

I think it is a fixed 20% they really dropped the ball with Neji which is a shame because he is one of my favorite characters.
