If lucky you can get hashirama from your first box and if unlucky, it's possible that you won't get even after 500 box . That what I know from my experience, although I still hadn't get hashi but I got Sasori 100 puppet from mission gift box. So it's random I think, but not sure.

First time I got him was 20 boxes, the 2nd time I got him was in the first 10.

First time I got my Hashirama was never.


But, I've gotten 3 other ninja from boxes before

Sasori-Opened him up in a lone box, don't know how much I opened prior to him

Tendo-Opened him in a set of 55, 55/85 of my boxes up to that point

Tobirama Senju-First ten back in August.

I've still yet to get Hashirama, even after 50, it's all luck.

Never gotten him, but 1 person from the server usually seems to get him each go. I wouldn't spend on boxes trying to get him. Only spend on boxes if there is a ninja from the event you want and then hopefully you get lucky and pull Hashi during that.
