I believe they only interest in the fast money, and that is why they keep add new server, they not looking at the long term ,so game going die out and we they player move on to new game, and I not read of any server merge happen sense I start playing in July and yes my server near dead too, only two group now and least 21 player base that on one event have to have 21 sign up for it or it does not happen, well last 4 time did not happen no event... I believe this is only happen on USA server all other server are doing good and they general care about their player base, game more balance, money only help you in short run get ahead on them server, here USA server money put you ahead and you stay ahead of free to play player.. and tech support ,help you not , say send us screen shoot before it happen and after happen , I know no one with power knowing something going happen before it does and take screen shoot of it, and tool give you to take screen shoot does not work for tech support because it use to much memory so again they do not care about the player in USA....

Hell, I've taken screenshots before, after and during a bug that has happened to me multiple times. Sent them all to customer support and still haven't gotten it resolved. Told them a month ago that my server over 4 months old doesn't have space time or merged events and nothing has happened.

Edit: Actually, I just checked my customer support. I provided a screenshot of my coupons before I did myoboku naruto game. Sent them the error report where it shows it error messaging and skipping a prize so I don't get coupons when I beat it. Then I took a screenshot of my coupons after to show that I didn't get coupons. They sent me a message saying that they checked my log files and nothing went wrong... This game is a fking joke... I guess we all need Oasis staff sitting next to us while we play just to prove that these bugs happen...
