Hell, I've taken screenshots before, after and during a bug that has happened to me multiple times. Sent them all to customer support and still haven't gotten it resolved. Told them a month ago that my server over 4 months old doesn't have space time or merged events and nothing has happened.
Edit: Actually, I just checked my customer support. I provided a screenshot of my coupons before I did myoboku naruto game. Sent them the error report where it shows it error messaging and skipping a prize so I don't get coupons when I beat it. Then I took a screenshot of my coupons after to show that I didn't get coupons. They sent me a message saying that they checked my log files and nothing went wrong... This game is a fking joke... I guess we all need Oasis staff sitting next to us while we play just to prove that these bugs happen...
