So there are a few things I'd like to know about groups.
1. What's the max group level?
2. When does the guild HQ upgrade again (after the first change)?
3. When do additional group summons unlock?

max group lvl i think is 13 for now . HQ chg when ur group is lvl 9 . additional summon idk yet

4.0 is behind the corner, forget about mood scrolls.

Btw nice addition the thing of the 2nd summon, daiske.

About the opener question, currently the group max level is 13 because the implemented max level is 100 even if currently is artificially capped to 95, that's why you can actually have a level 13 group but not a level 100 group summon (that theoretically level 13 group unlocks).
