[ Bugs ] Recharged Ingots does not add into the account

I had recharge 500 ingots today, but the system does not add on the ingots plus i cant claim any reward for the events. The evidence is as per attached. For your information, i am aiming to recharge 7 days continuously for the event (platinum recharge) to get Killer Bee 80 frags, and currently i have done 5 days straight, but today ( the 6th day) i encounter this bug/ problem. I hope this problem can solve immediately.

I'm missing the ingots the ingots as well. To prove the evidence, the last time i have 1863 ingots ( as show in the picture at ), after that i bought the Monthly Card Pack (which cost 300 ingots) on 20/5/2017, so it became 1563 ingots. . During the event, i recharged 5 times (excluding today) with 500 ingots per day, so basically there is an extra 12 ingots given out as well, that makes 512 per day. So, 1563 + (512 ingots * 5 days) = 4123 ingots . Thus, so far now my ingots is 4123 . But when i recharged today around 8.45pm, I should have get 512 ingots which make a total of 4635 ingots, however, my ingots still remain 4123 ingot. In all, i am missing the ingots and the rewards as well.

Is it possible to claim a compensation for the same rewards present in the event? Bcz initially, this unexpected error is not due to the player, but the system/game/(idk).

As a proof that I've been continuously recharged for 7 days, the attachment as below, indicates that the 7th day (31 May 2017) my transaction purchasing 500+12 ingots (RM40.75) is successful. And with this, I would like to claim back the reward of 8 killer bee frag + 15 cave keys (daily claim) & 24 frags killer bee frag + 5 seal scrolls (7 days recharge). And also, I am willingly to receive any additional compensation for the inconvenient cause to me. That's all, thanks.

I still have not receive any solution or news for 2 days after the last reply from Daiske regarding this problem which i am currently facing. Please at least provide a certain period (perhaps indicate how many days ) to solve the issue. Thanks.
