1＃ Go ToSo, we were told to send an email to receive a survey. It's been 6 days, and we haven't gotten one. I asked support and they said this:

They do merger every 2 weeks however they need to survey and find other server similar with your server.
Please be informed we dont have anything to do with merger server.
They will look after your request.

Sent an hour ago. Which is weird because the thread they linked is closed. So, do we wait two weeks to get the survey? Or do we need to email again? -

They will open another Thread for this week in the news section with server merge, that's not the problem. The real issue here is that they didn't do a server merge since hell knows when. And even when they do, they merge very few servers. Like very few. If ANY.
This was one of the most important request that the player base has made, they promised they will merge more servers but they failed to keep their word on that. And a lot of people are starting to quit because of this, f2p, moderate p2w and heavy spenders alike.

That *s. I was getting excited since someone came to our server and asked us all these questions. I'm starting to wonder if they've been doing that to every server who's asked recently. Make them think they have a chance at a merge, then leave them hanging without an update. -

Looking at the merges it's such a dissapointment, our server is the 2ND oldest that hasn't gotten a merge even though we've been posting for one over the last 3 months now, no survey or anything like it. We then get told they are working on merges now harder then ever yet 3 weeks went by and 6 clusters where merged. 2 per week, literally no more then what was being merged before what happened and absolutely no change has happened. It's amazing how a company can be so deaf when it's clients are upset and borderline outraged. -

Well, if they at least ask you questions about that than you are closer than others. They do merge servers, just that they merge extremely few compared to what they should. And there are weeks in which they don't merge any. -

That's incorrect.
We sent out ambassadors to conduct an investigation on the server.
However, please understand that there's quite a number of servers who are requesting Mergers, some who have been on the list for quite some time.
I understand it brings hope when an ambassador does show up, but that's a good thing. It means that your server has been officially recorded and revised. However, there's still quite a large number of servers that need mergers ahead. As Ace has said in the thread. It can take from 2-3 months after an ambassador arrives.
