Not really. I use Playboy with my Azure+Mabui+Mei lineup, and it is really darn effective. But he's kinda glass so I need to strenghten him up, so upgrading his star lwvel is one of them....wait, now that I think about it, I guess I do have that habit of wanting to get them all.:L

Overall nice events this week. I like the fact that they added what we can get on the daily specials. Only negative thing is i have been saving for cursed hidan for a while now and hes not in the lucky board.

Well the refines are on the 2nd day, if I get a 50% discount between day 1 and day 2, then I will go ham, if it's 30% discount I may go soft, anything else is just waste. Last daily specials i got all 7 vouchers at 10%, so thanks RNG...

Overall decent to good events but would have been much better if a unique ninja had been available in Lucky Board rather than just Kage treasure ones that most people on my server (15) have by now. It's hard to justify dropping coupons despite how good lucky board is when you know it's previously been more valuable and could be again next time. So it's another month of sitting on coupons, and sitting on scrolls until a new treasure draw comes out. Overall less than optimal enjoyment for people on older developed servers stuck in a holding pattern.

it is more like a raffles, where you participate in the pool and if you are lucky you will be getting the rewards, every entries have the same rates of winning the prize. Answering your question, it is not guaranteed for you to obtain the Sasori/Sage Naruto.
