I don't know what causes it, I haven't missed a single day and it says I missed a day (Sunday), My least busiest day, and I remember checking in because after it I did the coin and experience trial, I also talked to many people on my server and they seem to be having the same problem, I hope a Mod gets back to me so we can try to fix this! Hey

We continuously encourage players to remember to check-in via the calendar.
However, if you feel like you've manually checked the calendar and it didn't record.

Do the following >
Contact "Support" on your client or browser.
Explain the situation thoroughly and include screenshots involving your full client + CPU time and the calendar itself. That way it saves time and helps the CS system.

This happens to me, but it's my fault.... kinda... mostly. I stay up late so there's a point where the game ticks over into the next day. Well, benefit hall doesn't pop up even if the day has counted as transitioning into the next, but it also won't pop up again even if you log in the "next day" or the next time you log in.

PS- added in suggestions, but wanted to reiterate that I suggest allowing us to make up the day with coupons because even if people with a medal already forget to log in, they can not make it up unless they renew their medal again.
