This happens to me, but it's my fault.... kinda... mostly. I stay up late so there's a point where the game ticks over into the next day. Well, benefit hall doesn't pop up even if the day has counted as transitioning into the next, but it also won't pop up again even if you log in the "next day" or the next time you log in.

PS- added in suggestions, but wanted to reiterate that I suggest allowing us to make up the day with coupons because even if people with a medal already forget to log in, they can not make it up unless they renew their medal again.
