I put a ticket on Tuesday, because monday I gave them the benefit of assuming that maybe it would get fixed within 24 hours lol. What they did is to redirect me to the forums which support had never done before to me, they usually took my screenshot and data on the support page. I don't know if for the polls or whatever they were trying to get more people to the forums but, I went ahead and posted there. Now there's a whole lot of people who posted there and in the first thread you were asked to supply a screenshoot. Some people got their TI fixed and some other of us didn't, so after much threads questions and impatiently nagging from those still affected there was a second thread, they didn't ask for a screenshoot, assuming most of us just simply came from the first thread so there was proof already, I guess.
I don't know how you can prove you were affected, because I don't think they got a way to tell if you were affected.
