I'm becoming irate after trying to talk with mods about the sa/ti bug compensation. I was affected by the bug and had plenty to say about it happening in the first place. Just now, after some long silence, we got an answer that we need to submit a full on screenshot (I had on but deleted it after I got news that they knew players hadn't gotten a proper compensation and took it to mean "We know who was affected" Silly me XD). I was under the impression they were ON TOP of customer relations but then again I'm 6 months in with OASIS and haven't really been active in forums. Anyone else tired of lack of communication? I was under the impression GL, and MODS were supposed to be the link between the company and players.
