It's almost as if we haven't been adequately informed about the resolution of this issue, so people are still curious about it. Strange right?

True, and still there is lack of communication about this, i bet they are praying it will be reset for tomorrow.

They stated that should be fixed just fine for everyone on the Monday reset, but yeah the lack of communication on the compensation and general progress has been dreadful. Where is all this recharge money going if it's obviously not going towards Customer Support or Infrastructure.

rant away buddy, you know that the compensation will be bad. I don't care for the compensation, i want my TI and SA tries back.

TI/SA has been bugged. Please refer to this thread located here

As for that secondary image.
That was compensation for the system error that happened earlier in the week. However, that mail was bugged. We've sent two additional "Compensation Mail" containing the same items.
