True, and still there is lack of communication about this, i bet they are praying it will be reset for tomorrow.
They stated that should be fixed just fine for everyone on the Monday reset, but yeah the lack of communication on the compensation and general progress has been dreadful. Where is all this recharge money going if it's obviously not going towards Customer Support or Infrastructure.
