The mods go out and take the game developers to a kids park to play all togheter. But what will happen there when a random mob of angry players shows up? Tune in for the next episode. Will they be able to excuse themselves again with more lies and deceives? Will they get alive from the mob? its funny, when people have nothing to complain about, they complain about some rewards for a broken event which doesn't affect anyone at all. i wonder what will you guys complain next when arena is fixed. get your thoughts fast guys else we know who will have the last laugh. -

Admins or moderators should at least inform us when this problem will be fixed, for example: this issue will be solve in 10 days. It is not about arena rewards anymore, is about how they treats the community, this game doesn't care about us, all they care about is something else and we all know what it is. And I think we have every right to complain, about arena, about many other things. And in the end they will lose, we all will leave this game and nobody will support it anymore.
P.S. How they treats us is just unprofessional. And maybe admins and moderators do not know more than we know...

They are investigating the Problem, maybe when they find it it takes 10 minutes s to fix or 10 days, but until they know what it is, it is impossible to say when it will be fixed, so giving you an estimate would be unprofessional ! Beeing patient and waiting is the only thing we can do, no complaining about it will solve the problem faster. -

Well this is what they do im almost sure. They knew that arena was broken for a month. Did they do something? No.
They dont care at all. It's all pre made messages. "thank you for your support", "thank you for the feedback we will reach this to the game developers", "we are trying really hard to solve the problem we will post something bla bla blabla bla". So yeah, they should care for community, but they don't. That's why im saying, doesn't matter if people complain or not, cuz that will not make a bloddy * difference for them, that will not make them work harder of feel bad for doing a really horrible (to not say something nasty) work. -

You dont even know what they have to work on so its a bit much to say they dont care. Its not a simple job to be a dev and if they find other bugs while fixing this issue, they cant just ignore them. Regardless, we will still get the rewards and probably some compensation for it too. We dont need 100 posts about arena rewards. Just hope something else doesnt break while they are fixing bugs because that can actually happen.
