I mean, there's really no need for people to be so passive aggressive about this. The Moderator is nothing more than a messenger when it comes to in-game issues, they aren't developers, they can't give you updates whenever they feel like it.
I want my rewards too, but until the "messenger" actually gets a message to convey to us, what purpose does it serve to be impatient? We've gone this long without the rewards so far, what's another week? The 2.0 Arena Update hasn't even been implemented for a full 30 days yet.
Anyway, I'd much rather them take their time and figure out what went wrong with the rewards than to have to do this all over again next month. -

Got to be honest. Arena is my #1 reason for playing. Instead of 3-4 people on the server who.."might" be able to beat me. I can try unique fun teams and fight a fair match between 30-40 people. This is extremely important for low pop servers. If we don't get any responses regarding this, even im kind of at a point of being pretty upset. I dont mind waiting but we need information about what is happening.
I dont blame the mods, im sure they told the actual company that can make bug fixes(mods arent programmers surprisingly! :P But if the company isn't giving them information about it, then I got to say im getting worried about the games future for the first time((Yes events are fine, not this)) This is literally the first time in 4 months, that i really feel we deserve compensation. Its truly ruining my experience :(
Im sorry if i seem harsh at all, but this is a big deal. Its not just about the rewards. we cant play arena for any real purpose now. PLEASEEEE RESET THE RANKS!!! even if the prizes come later. That is the main problem right now. Tell the company if they cant fix the prizes fix the ranks first. send the rewards later, at the very least. -

This is not about the rewards anymore. Im dont give a f**k about the rewards because there were none before this 2.0 after the first clear of ranks. And i still played arena with my friends in my server. This is about saying that they implement features in the game that when you get to see them, they dont work, and arena doesnt work gonna make that a month the 6th of this month. So during one month what did they do to fix arena? NOTHING. Are you gonna tell me that didnt know? but now people are impatient (even more) cuz the date for the prizes has arrived and there is no prizes and no fix for arena. That's why we are seeing this * storm hiting the forum. -

There was no "date for prizes"
Estimation was done based on the community, There was no given date.
We don't give specific dates because the future lies with uncertainty. We don't know if things could go wrong, So we don't want to make empty promises. I fully understand the frustration that arises from issues. And we do our best to answer them, However, threads like this are meant for a way for players to be civil about the issue. Not completely vent and bash the game they're playing.
I'll be closing this thread completely until further notice.
