Really? That is the way how things should be solved by... "ignore that arena even exist"?
Then you don't know how the relationships between companies and customers should be.
And as I said before, is not about that arena rewards anymore, is about how they treats us...
Well this is what they do im almost sure. They knew that arena was broken for a month. Did they do something? No.
They dont care at all. It's all pre made messages. "thank you for your support", "thank you for the feedback we will reach this to the game developers", "we are trying really hard to solve the problem we will post something bla bla blabla bla". So yeah, they should care for community, but they don't. That's why im saying, doesn't matter if people complain or not, cuz that will not make a bloddy * difference for them, that will not make them work harder of feel bad for doing a really horrible (to not say something nasty) work.
